While most LFR consignors sell a large percentage of items during the event, you do have the option of picking up any items that remain unsold (unless you marked them as "Donate" when entering your items in the inventory - those items will go directly to the charity) at the end of the event.  Thanks to our fantastic Team Members, pick-up time is generally a VERY quick process for the consignor, with all the items sorted by consignor number and waiting for you to grab them and put them in your car.  There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to consignor pick-ups: 


  • If your items are NOT picked up during the "pick-up" time listed on the Important Dates page, they will become the property of LFR.  Unfortunately, due to the strict schedule that we must adhere to, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

  • LFR will attempt to send out an email reminder in regards to the date/time for pickup, but it is not guaranteed so PLEASE make a note of it in your calendar.

  • If you are unable to make the pick-up time, you may send an authorized representative.  This representative must have your full name AND consignor number in order to pick up your unsold items.

  • If you have decided that you are happy with the items you have sold and do not wish to pick up the leftovers, please send  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  an email with your name and consignor number, stating that you do not wish to pick up any leftover consigned items and LFR will take care of the rest.
